Sugar and Gunfire is something recorded while I was playing solo during a m0dule session break.
As with most of the m0dule material, more electronic sounds are utilized, however, the lyrics and vocal samples near the end are samples of lyrics and vocals that are used with chilljam so it’s interesting mix of both worlds.

As you might have already noticed, chilljam just got a bit of a restyle. I apologize for the long wait. After the site problems we experienced several months ago, which led to the destruction of chilljam’s last theme, I hadn’t had much of a chance to get to styling the new site properly…until today! Please let us know what you think of the new style. We’re trying to keep things relatively simple but add in some of the elements that helped define the site in the past.
Also, I wanted to bring up that the site just passed a major milestone with 20,000 downloads this week! It’s pretty amazing to think of how far we’ve come over the years and it’s great to know that there are so many others out there that are into listening to our work.
Thanks to everyone who’s been hanging out with us and checking out our material.

And yet another mix by Anthony Shawn and myself. This track includes a nice thick layer of sound from my Rhodes and other keyboard sounds that Tony has been experimenting with lately. This beat has a little twist from the previous stuff we’ve been doing, which has been mostly dub-step type beats. This is a very nice blend of digital and analog sounds.
