<itunes:summary>The Chill Jam is a collection of artists who each work, either independently or cooperatively, to produce artistic works purely for the purpose of cultivating art and culture. Contributors work on their own time and schedule to produce these works, however, an attempt is made at producing works on a regular and sustained basis in order to retain focus and provide relevant creative reaction toward experiences occurring as they live their lives.
The purpose of this project is to increase interest in modern art and culture and to inspire others to continue to create, imagine and explore.

<p>Happy and Low is just a bright little jam we did at the beginning of a session a couple of weeks ago. I love playing little arpeggiated chord structures on the bass sometimes to warm up. I think I&#8217;d actually used the basic chord structure in a song years ago but it&#8217;s long been forgotten so it works to approach it from a fresh point of view again. Suddenly the other guys jumped in and the next thing I knew, we were off.<br />
Along the lines of Austin and Slow Like Fish, this song is another happy ditty to listen to on a cold Tuesday morning.</p>
